Who We Are
My name is LizAnne, and I want to be your Farm-Her. I live in a barn on 40 beautiful rolling acres in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I grow food and want to help you in your search for local, healthy, sustainably raised, more natural options to feed your family.
Our Practices
Our animals live a great life on pasture with plenty of room, sunshine, fresh air, and a natural diet free of hormones or medications. With access to fresh food, clean spaces, and the opportunity to do what they do naturally. Our chickens are pasture-raised, with plenty of sunshine and green grass, and have access to bugs and room to move about. Our beef and pork are also raised with love and respect for all that they provide for our farm families. They get spoiled during their time here and receive access to fresh pastures, scratches, and love. We do feel a strong stewardship for our land and want it to produce for many years to come; therefore, we practice sustainable farming techniques.
